Below is a made-up example. It shows what an agent does on a working day, without me pretending it is a client of mine.
Made-up example, not a client
A wholesaler retyping product changes by hand
A price or a description changes, and someone copies that change by hand into the webshop, onto two marketplaces and into the stock list. Two hours of work, and halfway through nobody is sure which version is right.
The agent reads the change once, pushes it through everywhere and flags what it is unsure about. What took two hours becomes about ten minutes of checking.
The same agent then picks up the supplier invoices that arrive by email. Done by hand, each one costs between 4 and 15 euro in time.
This wholesaler does not exist and the numbers are made up. They are here to show what an agent does. The only figures I stand behind are the general ranges at the top of this page.
Why is there no real client case here?
Because Diginesso has only just started. I would rather you read this than have me write down numbers I cannot back up. Once the first projects are running and the client signs off, the real figures go here, named or anonymised, whichever the client prefers.

I build AI and software for companies, from the one-person shop to the factory floor. There is no layer of juniors to talk through. You deal with me directly, in English, Dutch, German or Italian.

What does it cost to start?
Nothing. You start with a free conversation with Digi, which maps your process. If you then want the deep analysis, the AI Process Audit costs 1,250 euro, credited in full once we build together. You keep the report either way.
What happens to my data?
It stays in Europe. I build inside the EU, in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and on your own servers if you prefer. What you share with Digi does not leave the building without your sign-off.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Then it hands the case to you instead of pushing on. It sets doubtful cases aside, and you can read back what it did and why. At the start it runs alongside the manual work for a while, so you can compare before the manual work goes away.
Does this work for a one-person business too?
Yes. From sole trader to large organisation. For a one-person shop it often frees up hours a week straight away; at a bigger company it is about process cost. I scale what I build to what you actually need.
How much of my time does the intake take?
A few minutes with Digi, where you describe in your own words what is getting stuck. After that I read it myself and you hear from me. No form, no obligation.
