AI automation is software that takes over work where someone still has to read or decide, such as processing an invoice or answering a customer question. Traditional process automation follows fixed rules and gets stuck on anything that does not fit them. With AI, the system can also handle free text and exceptions. Anything it is unsure about goes to a person.

For a larger project, you start at Diginesso with an AI Process Audit at 1,250 euro excl. VAT, which includes an estimate of the build cost for each opportunity. For a small job we decide together whether you need one. After that we agree a fixed price per phase. If the build assignment is agreed within 3 months of the report date, the full 1,250 euro comes off the first invoice of the build. Maintenance is a fixed monthly amount; you pay for hosting, the database and AI model usage yourself.

Yes, if there is work that recurs often and goes roughly the same way each time. The AI Process Audit shows whether it pays off, because the build has to pay for itself too. You get your money back if the audit finds no opportunity whose calculated benefit over twelve months exceeds 1,250 euro.

It can happen, which is why a person decides wherever a mistake could do damage. I do not guarantee that every output of an AI model is correct. I do build in checks, and beforehand I measure how often the system gets it right on examples from your own work. And when it is unsure, it says so.

Yes, if you choose a European AI model. Your database sits in Frankfurt and the emails the system sends go out from Ireland. Supabase, Vercel and Resend are American companies with servers in Europe, though. If you would rather avoid that, you can choose a setup that uses European providers only. Every supplier is listed by name and region on the Secure and European page.

Allow 5 to 12 weeks from the start to a system that runs every day. The AI Process Audit takes 1 to 2 weeks, a first version on your own data follows 2 to 4 weeks later, and finishing it takes another 2 to 6 weeks after that. The pace depends mostly on how quickly I can get access to your systems and data.

What has been built keeps running, because the accounts for hosting, the database and the AI model are in your name. The code sits in your own environment, with documentation, so another developer can take it over.

You do, once the invoices are paid. That covers the source code, the integrations, the instructions for the AI model and the documentation I make specially for you. My own standard components stay mine, but you get a perpetual, transferable licence to use them, so you can carry on without me.

Sometimes, depending on the country your business is in. Several European countries support development work with a tax credit or a grant, often for the hours your own staff put in. I am not a tax adviser and cannot guarantee an award, so check with your own adviser before you count on it.
