Invented example, not a client

A webshop retyping orders into accounting

How it goes todayOrders land in the webshop. Someone in the office retypes them into accounting, makes the packing slip and emails the customer. Every day again, an hour or more, and now and then an address ends up wrong.
What the flow doesA new order creates the sales invoice, prepares the packing slip and sends the customer their confirmation. We agree the rules for VAT, discounts and odd cases up front, and those go in.
What you noticeNobody retypes anything, so the address mistakes disappear and that hour a day goes back to the team. If an order comes in that does not fit, it waits with a question mark and somebody looks at it.

This company does not exist and the numbers are made up. They are here to show the shape of a flow. The only figures I stand behind are the general ranges at the top of this page.

Why is there no real client case here?

Because Diginesso has only just started. I would rather write this than put up numbers I cannot back. Once the first projects are running and the client signs off, the real story goes here, named or anonymous, whichever the client prefers.

Who builds it

I build it, and I stay reachable once it runs.

I have been building AI and software for companies for years, from the one-person shop to the factory floor. There is no layer of juniors in between. You deal with me directly, in English, Dutch, German or Italian.

I care a lot about whether something keeps working in real life, also when I am not around. And about keeping your data in Europe. I am strict about that.

Is the AI Process Audit really necessary, or can we just start building?
Starting costs you nothing. A free chat with Digi maps your bottleneck and I read it myself afterwards. The audit only comes into play when you want it in black and white. I want to understand how things really run at your company before I switch anything on: which step gets stuck, where the retyping sits, which exceptions never make it into the system. The audit has a fixed price that I credit against the work if you go ahead. You keep the report either way.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in the EU. I work to the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and that is in how I build from the start. No customer data quietly travelling to a server on the other side of the world. I can simply explain where your data sits and who can reach it.
Is this worthwhile for a one-person business?
Yes, and often especially then. If you do everything yourself, you are the one clicking back and forth between screens all day. One well-connected flow can easily save you a few hours a week. It does not have to be big to be worth it.
How long before an automation like this is running?
That depends on what needs connecting, but most first flows are up and running within a few weeks. I would rather build one thing that genuinely works and expand from there than overhaul everything at once and hope it goes well. So you notice the difference quickly.
What if something goes wrong in a flow later on?
Then you see it, and so do I. Every step leaves a trail, so you can always look back at what happened. If something gets stuck you get a heads-up instead of a silent error. And I do not disappear once it ships.
Is this not just a sales pitch for an expensive project?
